it has been such a busy week here with us nelson's! i started the week out by packing our entire apartment into boxes, with the help of my mom and grandma of course (i don't know how i could have done it without them), all while z studied and finished up his finals. man, are we glad to be done with school till the end of august, this summer is much needed. i also got to take a quick shopping trip to fashion place with my mom, grandma, and brother right before they left. so much fun, my mom is by far my favorite shopping companion and i love spending time with all three of them! then the next day we packed up our ginormous moving truck and moved all of our precious junk into someones basement for the summer.
then came the hard part, we had to pack our car. while it only took us 4 hours to pick up the truck, pack it, drive it a half hour to the place, unpack, and drive back, it took us over 6 hours to pack what was left of our crap into our car...and let me tell you this sucked. it turns out my mom and my grandma were right, everything left in our apartment did not fit in our car and we left a load or two for z's brother to pick up.

our drive to colorado was super windy, i was kinda nervous when it was my turn to drive, but it's okay, we made it here safely. on a side note, we drove up through wyoming and it was super pretty.
